* Multiple entries are allowed as customer can submit lucky draw form for every RM5,000 purchase.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

* This contest is open to all customers with Malaysian citizenship aged 18 years and above subject to the terms and conditions of the organizer.
* The following category of persons who are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw :
   a) Permanent / contract employees of Inovar Group and their immediate family members (father, mother, spouses, siblings and children).
   b) Inovar Group's dealers and distributors and their immediate family members (father, mother, spouses, siblings and children).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A mininum purchase based on Supply & Install amounting to RM5,000 per invoice and subject to full settlement of invoice value will be eligible for an entry form.
2. Only original entry form will be accepted and duplicate copy of entry forms will be invalid.
3. Each partcipant must fill in his/her particulars in the space provided on the entry form and answer 2 simple questions provided to qualify.
4. All participants are invited to live grand lucky draw event on 17th March 2012 (Sat.) at Inovar's showroom at 20B, Jalan Penchala,
   46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The lucky winners will be announced on the same day.
5. The lucky winners need to furnish the original receipt for verification.
6. The winners from the lucky draw by the organizer shall be final and conclusive.
7. The grand prize winner shall bear the requisite registration fees, insurance premium, road tax charges and other related underlying cost. Any request for changes to the specifications will not be entertained.
8. All prizes must be claimed within 3 months from date of notification. After such period the winners will be deemed not eligible for the prizes.
9. All prizes are non-transferrable and not exchangable for cash or any other items or packages.
10. Each participant is only entitled to one prize whichever is higher in value.

The organiser reserves the right :

1. to disqualify participants that are deemed not eligible and has committed or suspected of committing any fraudulent and wrongful act in violation of the contest rules.
2. to shorten and/or extend at any time campaign period without prior notice.
3. to vary, modify, delete or change any of the terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
4. to use the names, addresses, photographs and testimonies of the participant for advertisements and other forms of publicity which relates to the company's products.
5. to provide substitute prize(s) should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

* The organizer shall be indemnified from damages or losses incurred by the participants in relation to the campaign.
* The organizer is the final authority to decide on the interpretation of these terms and conditions and other matters relating to this event.
